The third full-length album from South Carolina's The Arctic Flow took three years to make. After 2017's Umbrella album, Brian Hancheck took a year off.
When Brian began writing the follow up he realized he was facing a formidable wall of crippling self-doubt and depression.
In May of 2020 everything came to a crashing halt when he suffered a nervous breakdown that left the artist unable to cope. After seeking professional help, Brian was diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder and as a result, was prescribed medication.
Brian began to bounce back in July of that year and recording commenced in August 2020.
All was on schedule until January 17, 2021 when Brian was hospitalized with Covid-19 Pneumonia. The disease ravaged his respiratory system and left him home-bound for 43 days.
Regaining strength, vocal sessions resumed and the album was completed in May
